The grapes macerate and ferment for two weeks. The wine matures for 24 months, 12 of which in 5 hl French oak barrels.
Opaque dark ruby in colour. Warm red and black fruit on the nose - cherries and damson. Rich palate of plum, damson, spice, liquorice, black pepper. Well-integrated and soft tannins.
Grape: Negroamaro 90% - Malvasia 10%
