Merlot 1967

Good deep ruby colour and nose of ripe dark plums blackberry, cherry and violet. A soft round gentle easy drinking red.

Good with gilled or roasted lighter meats like chicken or veal, but also works with grilled fish. Good for pasta dishes with cheese or meat and tomato sauces.
