Soft pressing, cold maceration and temperature controlled fermentation. Partial malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel vats.
An intense aroma of white fruit and wild flowers. On the palate the wine is fresh with a great texture and acidity.
Grape: 100% Fiano
Alcohol (ABV): 14%
