GRAPPA RISERVA DONNA LAURA
AGED GRAPPA OF FALANGHINA
This small batch grappa (only 500 bottles per year) is distilled from the skins of the Falanghina “Donnalaura”. The must is distilled using a baine-marie method in custom made small copper stills, this distils the grappa at a low temperature and very slowly in order to extracts the maximum amount of flavours and aromas. The grappa is left to age for a 12 months inFrench oak barriques and for at least another 12 months in the bottle.
