Medium bodied fruity red
Age of the vines: 35/40 years (5000 plants per hectare)
Vine cultivation system: cordon training
Manual harvesting usually during the first ten days of September. After crushing and de-stemming the grapes, the mass containing the must macerates for about 7 days at 26-28°C. After thr fermentation the wine refines for 2 months in new and used barrels.
Fruity and soft on the palate. Hints of plum jam, Mediterranean herbs and violet on the nose.
