Age of the vines: 25/30 years (5000 plants per hectare)
Vine cultivation system: cordon training
The must is obtained by a soft crushing of the grapes and it is kept at controlled temperature (5°-8° C for 8/10 hours). The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
Delicate hints of white flowers mingling with fresh fruit notes on the nose. Green apple and pear on the palate with a dry and fresh finish
