Dry crisp white
The grapes were pressed gently and the must racked into stainless-steels vats where fermentation took place at temperatures of 16-18ºC to preserve the intensity of the primary fruit aromas.
Floral nose of elder-flower with flavours of citrus fruits. The taste is dry, crisp and aromatic with a lively acidity and excellent depth. A hint of almonds and minerality on the finish.
Soave is excellent as aperitif wine and pairs incredibly with rich seafood dishes. It also goes well with white meat and soft cheese.
Grape: Grapes: Garganega 85%, Trebbiano di Soave 15%
Alcohol (ABV): 13%
