Sweet red wine
The east facing vineyards located in the vale of the river Dirillo benefit of a fresh microclimate and cool nights.
The grapes are harvested during the second/third week of October and then left to dry. The fermentation takes place in small open containers, with daily pressing.
Made from the Frappato grapes, left to wither in the sun, until the desired concentration is reached, this is a great sweet wine of an intense colour with purple and violet hints. The aroma is rich and ample, with hints of plum and candid fruit wrapped in balsamic and Mediterranean herbs notes. Its natural sweetness with a hint of acidity provides the wine with a great balance.

Alcohol (ABV): 13.5%
