Delicate and elegant medium bodied red

The east facing vineyards located in the vale of the river Dirillo benefit of a fresh microclimate and cool nights.

Rasping and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a set temperature of 26°/28° C, maceration with the skin for 10/12 days and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

It is an elegant and harmonious wine with an intense cherry-red colour. Aroma of raspberry and delicate floral nuance. The taste is complex, sapid , warm and at the same time fresh and vivacious, with a good body and fine and chalky tannins. It combines the fragrance of the Frappato with warms and spicy notes of tobacco of the Nero d’Avola.
