Spicy Medium bodied red

The east facing vineyards located in the vale of the river Dirillo benefit of a fresh microclimate and cool nights.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10/12 days with a short cold maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

A ruby red wine with aroma of small red berries and balsamic hints of Mediterranean herbs. Its round and harmonious taste shows freshness and a pleasant minerality.
