Zibibbo Ottoventi

Full bodied dry white

The Zibibbo (Muscat) is an ancient white grape variety which was brought to Sicily by the Egyptians and in the island has found the right environment to become one of the most cultivated white grape varieties. Ottoventi has created a dry and crisp version of this grape with a good acidity but still showing a very aromatic bouquet.

Greenish yellow-green colour, the nose is complex and intense with hints of citrus and flowers. The taste is fresh with a pleasant aroma.
