Light bodied red
Traditional with skin contact by maceration of the skins with controlled temperature in stainless steel fermentation vessels.
Ruby red colour. Aroma of red mature fruit and delicate spicy notes, with hints of plum and tobacco. It is soft, with good structure, balanced and with a good length.
Excellent with hors d’oeuvres, first courses with tomato sauce, the meat-based second courses, semi matured cheese.

Alcohol (ABV): 12%
