The harvest is done manually, then the grapes are pressed softly and sent for fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel with 6 months of bottle refinement.

Donna Enrica, dedicated to the owner’s wife, is a Supertuscan blend of the local grape Sangiovese with international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, all in equal proportions and 100% organically grown. A tasty wine with an intense bouquet of ripe fruit and notes of vanilla.

A versatile wine that will accompany well a variety of dishes especially hearty pastas, coldcuts and grilled or roasted meat.
