This classic, 100% Pinot Grigio from the stony and chalcky flatlands of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is un-oaked with refreshing minerality. It has aromas of apple, pear and juicy lemon. The palate is clean and vibrant offering a long fruity aftertaste.

This is excellent with hors d'oeuvres, fish based first and main courses, light vegetable soups and white meats.
